Regulations of the “Buy Get” operation

 

General
– The “Buy Get” operation is managed by AS Marketing Systems Ltd., hereinafter: “Afikim” (for buyers from the Afikim company only).
– Participation in the promotion is subject to the conditions as detailed in these regulations, the customer wishing to benefit from the promotion must meet all the cumulative conditions listed below.
– In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of the regulations and any other publication regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
– Afikim reserves the full right to change the promotion period and even cancel it, at its sole discretion. A notice about changing the promotion period or canceling it will be published

– What is stated in this regulation is in the masculine form, also in the feminine form.

 

Promotion period
– The promotion will start on 10/31/23 at 10:00 and end at midnight on 02/31/24 including, below: “The promotion period” (or until the end of the inventory, whichever is the earlier of the two. To say on 10/31/23 at 10:00 a “Buy Get” promotion will not apply to products ordered before the announcement of the start of the promotion).

 

“Buy get” sale
– The sale is intended for private and institutional customers.
– A customer who purchased one of the water dispensers sold by the company will be able to receive the gift: a thermal bottle of Afikim.
– A customer will be able to exercise his right to receive one gift for each facility purchased by him. Even if he made several transactions during the promotion period.
– Minimum stock for gifts allocated to the sale: 2500 units.
– No double discounts.

Return policy and transaction cancellations – In addition to the stipulations established by law, as long as the customer cancels a transaction and/or part of it so that the cost of the products remaining with him is less than NIS 600, he will return the product he received to the business as a gift in its closed packaging.

– A gift cannot be returned after use. Law, jurisdiction and statute of limitations in the case of a return after opening the package, payment will be made for opening the package.
– The law applicable to these regulations and everything arising from it is Israeli law only.
– The exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts in the districts of Jerusalem only.
– The statute of limitations for any claim against Afikim, in any matter arising directly and/or indirectly from this operation is one year from the date of its termination.
